Frequently Asked Questions
How often do you open for commissions?
We typically open once a year. Priority is given to Patreon members for commission slots and waitlist spots. Any remaining openings will be announced on our social media platforms.
How long will I have to wait for my commission to be finished?
Our queue accommodates approximately 10 clients per opening. Each suit takes 2-3 weeks to complete, and work proceeds in the order we select. Typical wait is 1-9 months but we grantee every client gets their suit in under a year.
Can I get a quote?
Exact quotes are available exclusively to Patreon members. Refer to our ‘prices’ section for starting costs.
Do you take payment plans?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. Clients have one month to pay the full amount; beyond that, we typically do not accept payment plans.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept E-transfers or cheques from Canadian clients and wire transfers or Wise.com payments from international clients.
What kind of reference do you need?
Provide a 2-3 angle view of your character on a clear ref sheet with distinct markings, no shading, and no gradients.
Do you sell parts only?
No, we primarily prefer larger projects but may consider allowing previous clients to upgrade their suits or replace aging or damaged parts.
Will you offer any LEDs or other electronics?
No, we do not work with LEDs. All our suits come equipped with simple fans and battery banks.
Can you finish my fursuit for a con?
Unfortunately, we do not accept commissions with deadlines or rush fees.
Can I jump queue?
If you would like a commission slot set for immediate completion, offers double our base price will be considered. Feel free to reach out for inquiries about queue jumping.
