Cat Interaction Notice: Please be aware that there is a cat in our home that is allowed entry into our studio. They may come into contact with your suit or materials used to make your suit. You may request your suit is washed prior to shipment if allergies are a concern.
Photo Sharing: We reserve the right to showcase completed suits on our social media and share in-progress photos on Patreon and Telegram channels.
Commission Cancellation: Your 30% down-payment may not be refunded if you decide to cancel your commission once payment has been made, miss payment deadlines, verbally abuse, harass, or slander our company or employees. If a commission is canceled, partial refunds will be at our discretion based on how much work and time has been put towards your commission.
Alterations: Requested alterations not initially agreed upon may be denied or subject to additional fees after suit work has begun.
Artistic Interpretation: Please keep in mind you will be giving up a level of artistic interpretation and freedom to us as artists. While we will refer to you for approval as we work on your suit, trust the process, and trust us to know what will look and feel the best for your suit and character. We do our best to ensure each suit reflects the natural anatomy of your characters species.
Communication: To ensure transparency, daily photographic updates once suit work has begun will be provided. Clients are encouraged to respond promptly for efficient work. Telegram is preferred, but email is also an option. We will not use any other form of communication at this time. No social media DMs or phone numbers.
Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available from Canada; consider costs and import fees before purchasing. All suits are shipped via UPS. We highly recommend fully insuring your fursuit when shipping, unisure at your own risk. Rush shipping or signature upon request. We are not responsible for lost mail or postal service mistakes once the suit is shipped.
Payment Plans: Upon acceptance of commissions, clients are expected to pay off their suit within 30 days. Any clients who require more than 30 days to pay off their suit will be charged a 5% interest rate per month on remaining payments. Clients are allowed a maximum of 90 days to pay off their suit in full.
Duct Tape Dummies: A $100 fee is applied if the DTD is not taped back together before shipping. A full DTD is required; We do not work off body measurements. Poorly made DTDs may be disposed of or returned at your expense, and a new one will be requested. When making your DTD, maintain a SHOULDERS UP AND BACK T-pose. Snug-fitting bodysuits leave little room for error, and poorly made DTDs will result in a poor-fitting bodysuit.
Age: We do not work with minors. All clients must be 18+
Discretion: We will require your full real name, full address, email, and phone number. As well as bank information required for either e-transfer or wire transfer. All information is kept completely discreet on our end. Please do not commission us if you are uncomfortable with sharing this information.
Payment: At this time we only accept payment via Wise.com or wire transfer. Canadian clients can pay via e-tranfser as well. We will not accept PayPal.
Quotes: Quotes are based 100% on your provided reference. Quotes are not given based on descriptions.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 3-year warranty on all our suits, with certain conditions in place to ensure a positive experience for both parties. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our creations and appreciate your understanding of these warranty terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Coverage: Free repairs and alterations are provided for any suit commissioned directly from us, whether pre-made or custom. This warranty does not extend to second-hand purchases. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Care and Handling: Fursuits are intricate pieces of art and should be treated accordingly. We reserve the right to deny service if we suspect that the suit is being mishandled.
Cleaning Requirement: It is essential to clean your suit before sending it for repairs. Any dirty or odorous suits will be promptly returned to you at your expense; we do not offer cleaning services.
Repair Timeframe: Repairs are conducted at our pace between ongoing commissions. The timeframe may extend to a month or more based on the repair's extent.
Covered Repairs: Covers issues like improper fit upon arrival and parts breaking during normal war.
Exclusions from Coverage: Minor seam failures and major weight changes necessitating bodysuit alterations are not covered. Refurbishments due to aging or a desired style update require new suit parts commissioned.
